What is Blacklist?
In short, BlackLists are global frequently updated lists of mail servers that were either
"hacked" or mis-configured, and therefore can be use to freely distribute massive amounts of abusive emails.
So, how it works?
Our gateways use Blacklists to verify whether or not the mail server that you are using is listed there.
If it is listed, than our system will reject, any email from that server (including you).
What your Provider should do?
They should immediately contact the Blacklist authority as described in the webpage provided and solve the issue.
This process should take just few hours. Once configuration of the server is corrected, email flow resumes.
